DESCRIPTION:La formation porte sur les accidents et les défauts de fabrication ainsi que sur les actions correctives à mettre en\noeuvre pour contrôler la fabrication. Cette formation a pour but d’améliorer les compétences techniques et\nthéoriques des producteurs fermiers en Corse\, dans un contexte de perfectionnement\, de maîtrise et/ou de\ndiversification de leur production. Cette action de formation s’inscrit dans un projet de filière indispensable lors du\nparcours d’installation.\nLes objectifs de cette formation sont :\n• Appréhender et maîtriser les paramètres technologiques.\n• Prévenir\, comprendre et résoudre des accidents et défauts de fabrications.\n• Mettre en place des actions correctives.
