Since 1999, our association has been involved in the preservation of ancestral, traditional and high-quality production methods. It also provides confidence to consumers thanks to the logo Casgiu Casanu affixed on our producers’ cheeses.
However, the current economic and political context represents a threat to the existence of our association and its mission.
